The actor didn’t realize Hanks had already told the tale onThe Graham Norton Showin 2019.

Now “the shackles are off,” he toldStephen Colbertwhen asked about this moment onThe Late Show.

He was understandably nervous.

I didn’t know what the form was.

Bettany says he “never reached those heights again” in his career.

Hanks suggested this is why he doesn’t do a lot of action scenes.

“When I hit the floor, I farted,” he said.
