Oscar or not, Angela Bassett’s strength means more than any award ever could.

I’ve been watchingAngela Bassettmovies ever since I can remember.

Although all four give memorable performances, Bassett’s monologue during the car-burning scene is unforgettable.

(And most importantly, that friends never let friends drunk dial their ex.)
