Ava DuVernay’sColin Kaepernick limited series has found its star.
Most recently, Michael starred in Lorne Michaels' comedyVampires vs.
The project, created by the filmmaker and Kaepernick, wasfirst announced in June.

In February, Kaepernick revealed he’s releasing hismemoir later this yearthrough his newly launched publishing label.
The book has been described as “part political awakening and part memoir.”
