Terry Sanderson, a retired optometrist, is seeking $300,000 from the Oscar-winning actress and lifestyle guru.
Paltrow, 50, and Sanderson were skiing at Deer Valley Resort when the collision occurred.

“Mr. Sanderson hit me,” Paltrow said firmly.
“I don’t believe he saw what he thinks he saw,” she said.
Paltrow apologized for the language and said that screaming obscenities is unlike her.
“Unfortunately, adrenaline can take over, and emotion as well,” she said.
“They’re very nice,” Paltrow said politely.
