Just this week the cast ofSurvivor 44had to settle for letters from home instead of an actual visit.

However, now that restrictions are being lifted, could the loved ones visit return?

“We couldn’t bring any visitors to location.

But now that restrictions are being lifted, yeah, we may consider doing it again.”

“26 days is a factor,” he said.

“To me, it’s right on the edge of wondering if it’s enough to warrant it.

So I do think that if we did loved ones that you would get a big reaction.”

But fans don’t always agree, Probst notes.

All the emotion and the crying?

I could do without that, I gotta tell you, bro.'

So it’s interesting because I love the loved ones."

Probst notes that his perspective changed when he got married and became a stepdad.

“When I got a chance to become a parent, everything changed,” he said.

“Now, suddenly, I’m not so worried about what they’re saying.

“That’s my long way of saying I love loved ones.

Everyone on the team knows I love love.
