A long-simmering YouTube feud has finally entered the legal system.
Footage from the incident was posted to YouTube in April 2021 but has since been deleted.

Representatives for Dobrik did not immediately respond to EW’s request for comment.
Dobrik and Wittek have both been vocal about the incident in the years since.
“I woke up from surgery.
A day goes by, no text for him.
Another day goes by, no text,” Wittek said on his podcastJeff FM.
It’s just him like, ‘Oh, I’m so happy with my life right now.
My vlogs and everything,’ just promoting his vlog.
I really hope there’s not a moment that I regret as much as that one."
